Fender Fuse software contains USB Gain level adjustment for increasing or decreasing the level of the signal sent to your computer through the USB port on your Fender FUSE-connected device. The USB Gain control can be found in the Fender FUSE Advanced Amp panel.

This level adjustment can come in handy for instrument presets that either overload your recording software's input or presets that aren't loud enough. The maximum signal level that can be added with USB Gain is 24db. The "12 o'clock position" is a 12db boost respectively.

It can be adjusted and it's settings can be saved on a per-preset basis.  This means that you can set the USB Gain at a certain level on one preset and save it independently of the USB Gain setting for any other presets.
